Match the Fork and Side

Compare the product images with the guard currently fitted to the motorcycle. Check the side, overall profile, mounting-hole positions, fork shape, and clearance around the wheel, brake hose, and nearby components. If the front fork or wheel setup has been changed, confirm the mounting arrangement carefully.

Installation and Clearance Check

Support the motorcycle securely and follow the applicable Sur-Ron service procedure. Fit the selected guard on the correct side, secure the mounting points evenly, and make sure the guard cannot move toward the tire or brake components. Turn the handlebar fully in both directions and move the fork through its available travel as appropriate to confirm clear movement before riding.
