Rear Swingarm Lower Buffer Block for the Ultra Bee

This replacement buffer block is designed for the lower area of the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee rear swingarm. It provides a dedicated contact surface at the corresponding mounting position and can replace a block that is worn, damaged, or missing.

Check the Mounting Position

Compare the product images with the block currently fitted to the motorcycle. Confirm the overall shape, orientation, mounting points, and clearance around the swingarm and nearby components. Inspect the surrounding area for impact marks, loosened hardware, or deformation that could prevent the new block from sitting correctly.

Installation and Final Check

Switch the motorcycle off and support it securely before working around the rear suspension and swingarm. Clean the mounting area, position the block without forcing it, and follow the applicable Sur-Ron service procedure for the mounting method and tightening specifications. Move the suspension through its available travel as appropriate and check that the block stays aligned without rubbing the tire, chain, brake hose, or wiring. Recheck the mounting point after the first ride and after a strong impact.
