Battery Front Support Block for the Ultra Bee

This support block is designed for the front of the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee battery compartment. It forms part of the battery support arrangement and is a practical replacement when the existing front support is damaged, worn, or missing.

Check the Battery Compartment

Compare the product images with the part currently fitted to the motorcycle. Check the overall profile, mounting-hole positions, contact surfaces, and orientation inside the battery compartment. Also inspect the surrounding battery tray and mounting points for damage that could prevent the new block from seating correctly.

Installation and Final Checks

Switch the motorcycle off and remove or isolate the battery according to the applicable Sur-Ron service procedure. Keep the battery securely supported while working in the compartment. Position the block without forcing it, use the correct fasteners and tightening method for the mounting points, and confirm that the battery can be installed without interference. After assembly, verify that the battery is seated securely, the lid closes normally, and no wiring is pinched or under tension before riding.
