In accordance with Customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data, such as consignee names, addresses, and payers’ names. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the Website. In certain countries, the consignee may have to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. Emotoer will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.
We will not ask you to provide your account password at any time. Please keep your account safe and ensure that you log out and leave Emotoer.com. Emotoer is not responsible for the loss and consequences of your account due to your active disclosure or your attack, fraud, etc.
Order Cancelation
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us at support@emotoer.com. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, please refer to the return policy..
Return Policy
Please note: we only accept items purchased from emotoer.com. You can return the products within 15 days of delivery.

Item must be in new condition with tags still attached and original packaging. Any items found to be in poor condition( dirty, make-up, washed, etc), we have the right to decline your return and your return will be sent back on your cost.
The return is made at your own cost except for the quality issue. Proof of defective item required. Please send an email to support@emotoer.com.
If we have accidentally sent you a wrong item, you could request the return, we will pay for the shipping cost and full refund you when we get the item back. Or you can get a special offer for the item is you like it.
For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, including shipping costs.
For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.
If multiple item orders are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including shipping costs.
Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers), must be returned separately.
Refunds will be refunded to the credit card account/ corresponding account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received.
Shipping Policy
Thanks for your order, we always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please check the shipping information as follow.
Handing time: 2-3 days after order is confirmed.
Shipping carrier: Default China Postal Express. If you want to change the carrier, please contact us at support@emotoer.com.
We have multiple options for international delivery, depending on where you’re situated in the world. Please check the shipping cost in the checkout page.
Orders are expected to arrive within 10-25 days. Please note that orders can be delayed due to customs clearance.
You will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment after your package is shipped. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

If the packages are returned to us for some reason, we will resend it to you for free after we confirm the shipping address with you again.
Note: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost, due to the different policies in different countries. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
