ASR Control Module for the Ultra Bee

This replacement module is for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee ASR system. ASR is the motorcycle’s traction-control function, which works with the vehicle’s electronic control network to manage rear-wheel slip during acceleration.

Confirm the Module Before Ordering

A control module should be replaced only after the fault has been diagnosed correctly. Compare the original module label, housing shape, connector keying, pin layout, mounting point, and surrounding wiring with the product images. Check the wiring harness and connector for looseness, corrosion, impact damage, or contamination before deciding that the module itself requires replacement.

Electrical Installation

Switch the motorcycle off and disconnect or isolate the battery according to the Ultra Bee service procedure before touching the electrical system. Keep connectors clean and dry, never force a keyed connector, and secure the module and harness so they cannot rub or move during riding. After installation, reconnect power and check the dashboard and ASR operation using the correct diagnostic and service procedure. Stop testing if a fault indicator remains active or the motorcycle behaves abnormally. Electrical diagnosis and module replacement should be completed by a qualified technician when the cause of the fault is uncertain.
