Replacement Brake Pads for the Ultra Bee
These replacement brake pads are designed for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee and can be used when servicing the front or rear brake caliper. Replace pads that have reached their wear limit, become contaminated, or show uneven friction material.
Match the Original Pads
Remove or inspect the existing pads before ordering. Compare the backing-plate outline, retaining-pin position, friction-material shape, and caliper fit. Confirm how many calipers you plan to service so the required quantity is ordered. Inspect the brake disc at the same time for scoring, contamination, distortion, or excessive wear.
Installation and Bedding-In
Brake work is safety-critical. Keep grease, oil, and dirty tools away from the friction surfaces. Follow the Ultra Bee service procedure for retracting the caliper pistons, installing the pads and retaining hardware, and checking the brake fluid level. After installation, operate the brake lever until a stable contact point is restored. Confirm that the wheel rotates correctly and the brake engages normally. Bed in the new pads with controlled braking according to the applicable service guidance before returning to normal riding. Use a qualified technician if the caliper condition or installation procedure is unclear.
