Replace a stripped, cracked, slipping, or noisy first-stage reduction gear in a compatible Tongsheng mid-drive motor. Select the option that matches the internal design of your TSDZ2 or TSDZ2B motor.
Before You Order
- Do not select by motor voltage, power rating, or gear color alone. Confirm whether your motor is TSDZ2 or TSDZ2B.
- Open the motor and compare the gear structure, shaft design, teeth, and bearing arrangement with the product photos.
- The earlier TSDZ2 and TSDZ2B use different reduction assemblies and should not be treated as interchangeable options.
- The blue nylon gear normally runs quieter. The brass option may produce more mechanical gear noise.
- Only the selected gear option is included. Grease, motor covers, tools, seals, and other motor parts are not included.
- If the shaft, main gear, or other internal parts are also damaged, confirm all required replacement parts before ordering.
For motor layout and repair reference, see the Tongsheng TSDZ2 Motor Repair Guide.
